Storyteller, dreamer, and creator. I left the United States in 2013, with the dream of finishing my fantasy fiction novel and graphic novel. My journey has led me through China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Vietnam and now Hong Kong

I specifically came to Hong Kong because of its significance with martial arts entertainment.

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

Why? I came to Asia 4 years ago, with the hopes of finishing my fiction comic book.
I've traveled from China, Taiwan, Cambodia, Vietnam and finally Hong Kong. I'm hoping to continue my journey in Hong Kong.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING...

I've done a great deal of volunteer work during my travels. This includes Brazil, and Hong Kong. I like to cook vegetarian dishes. If you're willing to try some of my food, I'd love to cook for you.

I share and help others during my travels. I try and honor the traveler's code. I'm opinionated and not always right. I like to help other foreigners and truthfully WE'RE all travelers in the voyage of life.

I share when I travel. I share myself. I'm actually a certified English teacher. I don't teach full-time, but only when someone asks.

I travel with my movies on hard disk. If you enjoy film, we can definitely hang and watch some movies.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I met a couchsurfer in Brazil, while staying in Rio in 2010. Thanks to the couchsurfer, a two week stay in Rio, it turned into six months that would transform my life.

I was staying with friends on Lamma Island for a while, now I'm staying at various places in Hong Kong.

Due to my writing, I'm interested in good fiction and story telling.

MOVIES: City of God, the original Star Wars trilogy, Do The Right Thing, The Last Emperor, Shaw Brothers Films, Malcolm X, Drive and anything Terrence Malick works on. The best film I've ever scene in the theater has to be HEAT.

MUSIC: 90s rap, Brazilian lounge, tech, jazz and Latin jazz, Salsa.

BOOKS The Alchemist, The Power of Now. Honestly, the Alchemist is the most important book I've ever read.
