I live in in Ann Arbor, Michigan in United States, but I am originally from Iran a beautiful and historic country in the Middle East.

I have studied engineering and architecture and for the last three years I have been a researcher in digital architecture at University of Michigan. Before that I worked as an engineer at two engineering firms.

I am a sociable and friendly person and I love to learn different cultures and life styles. I enjoy meeting new people and digging into different cultures, trying local drinks and foods and learn about peoples everyday life.

I am a very passionate person in my life, however, I love to challenge myself by stepping out of my comfort zone, the price is vulnerability and the feeling of insecurity and the reward is enthusiasm and passion!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I love to have a non-tourist experience of visiting a foreign country. Which means to be exposed to the real life of local people and the real cultural interactions not just visiting tourist attractions. Couch surfing provides a chance to meet new local people and have this great experience. I have couch surfed through my friends but I am quite new to the couch surfing community.

Interests
