Living in Montreal, low carb , lot of fruits and veggies, mostly organic, especially meat and eggs!!! Recently into lacto fermentation! After exploring different ways of eating... I finally decided to eat what makes me feel good, finding a balance between health and pleasure! And I am flexible when travelling!

I like both city and nature. I use to work on organic vegetable and medecinal plants farms and always willing to learn more about healthy lifestyle.
I like to meet people and exchange with them, but I also need calm and quiet moments regularly to connect with myself.

I talk about couchsurfing to let people know about this great oportunity to contact with people all around the world!
I use it when travelling and I host people when I can!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Diversified but always great experiences!
I surfedcouched in Managua (Nicaragua), Mexico (DF, Pto Morelos QR) , Bruxelle (Belgium) and Dusseldorf (Germany).
CouchSurfing makes it so easyer to meet people! To have a place to sleep, to have a beer and good conversations, to ask all my questions about the country or searching for a bike or organic farms to visit, I always found people to answer my questions, help me and share with me.
I also love to receive people at home, it brings fresh air in my routine!!!
