My name is Inga and I am from the north of Russia.

37 yo, high sensitive, empathetic, everyday learning something new one.

Living in Barcelona now, settled here after several years of moving.
Do I love Barcelona? Absolutely.
I do have everything I need here and foremost will be the community, which is extremely important to me, I think the reason we are (as humans being) here is to build new connections and create together. The life to me is very much about movement and so I feel alive when I unite with others and we “dance” and celebrate this life together.
So yeah, Barcelona is a very nice spot for now.

I do have 2 kids one of them was born in Russia in 2015 and another was born in Hawaii, Oahu in 2019.
I share kids with my ex husband for a year now after the separation. So there is several days per month when I am without kids and able to host guests.

Work as a narrative therapist, art therapist, I creat woman circles and retreats here in Barcelona.
I love meditation, yoga, spiritually.
I also like wine, food, good movies and sometime I smoke cigarettes haha)

I think that couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity for traveling. It's a beautiful and safe way to meet new people and to get to know a city through the people who live there. I think that the most incredible places are usually hiding from touristic eyes, places like a little attic with a gorgeous view or a little local coffee place with the most delicious sweets ( I am a big fan of the coffee and sweets btw☺️)

The music I am listening to definitely depends on my mood.

But the meditation music will definitely be the most often I listen

The coolest was : to dare to live my life in the way I want it to live. And it happened after I stopped trying to make other people like me. After I accepted who I am , without trying to become “the best version of myself”

Well I am so open to learn more in this life.
And if I need to choose something one I can teach you - I would say - let’s learn to be present. Let’s put with the respect our brain on the side and stay here just observing the life it self
