I live in Jakarta, but i grew up in Dumai, a small city in sumatra island.
Travel seemed like a distant dream back then especially because as an employee, I don't make much. Then my friend told about this site and it seemed as if a world of possibilities opened up before me.
I think what excites me the most about travelling is the opportunity to meet people. To live like the locals, eat like the locals and especially to understand them by learning about their history.
Travelling is a leisure activity, yes, but it can also be a mean of a greater good achieving world peace.
I like travelling and explore some new places around Indonesia and world, especially beach.
