My day job involves reading about and speaking to victims of Colombia's 60 year long armed conflict. It is a beautiful and sometimes rewarding job, but it too often becomes overwhelming and disheartening. So I like unwinding in my free time by dancing (salsa, cumbia, champeta and currulao), drinking beer, tequila or mojitos, cooking, or having a cup of coffee with a friend. I also relax by doing exercise; aerial silks, riding my bike (which is my main mode of transportation), hiking and (very recently) yoga.
