About Me
Thank you for visiting my profile. My name is Issei ( English name is Naru )
I live in the countryside near Tokyo, about an hour away, specifically in south west Ibaraki Prefecture. Most of the time, I travel around Japan and learn and teach to Japanese people about the traditional Japanese cultures.
Famous Cherry blossom places are around. It's my favorite thing to feel the cherry blossoms with no one or less people. If you like to feel and see the local countryside cherry blossoms, welcome !
I am a Researcher and give the traditional Japanese foods and living cultures classes to Japanese Students and people. Here you can enjoy staying and feel and learn about 100 years ago Japanese living. We grow a lot of Japanese ingredients which the most Ingredients are from China today. We like the real Japanese foods and made in Japan.
So, if you are interested in traditional Japanese things, you are welcome anytime.
I enjoy traveling and meeting new people through couch surfing to share things like their stories, cultures, and life. Feel free to ask about traditional Japanese things.
My classes rank at the top in Google research. (These classes are unique; there is only one class like this in Japan.) I am a traditional Japanese foods researcher.

I like to make the natural foods. I have fruit and vegetable garden ( Strawberry(May) grapes(July), Yuzu(
Winter), cherry, JapaneseOranges, figs(Summer and fall), Kaki(fall) )
if you are in the right season, you can have a chance to taste them! : )
I invite the couch surfer guest once a month and if you need a place to stay, it's available for one night for Free. The room costs 5000Yen/35USD/ per night from 2nd nights.(The Room is Japanese Traditional Tatami room)
I can come and pick you up at the station called Moriya station by Tsukuba express line. it takes an hour from Tokyo.
I am giving the traditional Japanese classes to Japanese people.
