I'm a 20 year old guy who has no idea what to do with his life so is planning to keep travelling until I work out what I want to do long - term. I'm low maintenance and fairly low budget - I'd rather go on a beautiful hike than an expensive city tour, and I'm not really one for following the guidebook, as I'd prefer to get off the beaten track a bit and see the little gems only the locals know about

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

Couchsurfing looks like the best way to maximise travel time - accommodation takes up a lot of a travel budget, so cutting that down means I can do the fun stuff for longer, plus I get inside knowledge on the city I'm visiting from the people who live there
