ABOUT ME

Guy that loves serious discussions a little too much during occasions where drinking and smoking weed is more prudent. I'm very curious (borderline nosy) about -everything-, and I have a -lot- of spacy moments where I just sit and process information in my head. I find it incredibly easy to love people, but the other way around takes a little bit of patience and understanding. I studied philosophy for about a year, but I've come to realise that Philosophy really isn't something you learn from books. I'd rather learn and adapt my philosophy through travel and meeting the people that possess the various philosophies that make life so damn unpredictable and exciting!

In the meanwhile, I'm going to study English in Amsterdam. Something a little more practical while I prepare myself for the road ahead, allowing me to focus on the two things I'm best at in life: Talking and writing.

PHILOSOPHY

Advance, and never halt, for advancing is perfection. Advance and do not fear the thorns in the path, for they draw only corrupt blood.

And forget not that the earth delights to feel your bare feet and the winds long to play with your hair.

I like to host and I'd like to be hosted sometime in the future. As of now, I don't have any concrete traveling plans that would warrant me crashing on a couch, but they'll come..

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Had surfers over a few times now because one of my roommates has been doing this for years, so I thought it'd be fun to start doing it myself now!

兴趣

I really love writing poetry and playing the guitar, and 'geeking out' as I like to call it. I've always loved games, especially those with a lot of story in them. And of course partying my ass off before I get old and boring.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

The sea always leaves me breathless. The smells, the wind in your face and the endless expanse just stretching out before me. There's always something about the sea that (once again) causes me to space out when drinking beer and smoking weed is more prudent.

I got several opportunities in highschool to be the host for events in our auditorium, meaning I was the one who entertained the crowd in between acts and presentations. I had concocted a stand-up comedy act which, to put it simply, was completely insane. Batshit crazy, you might call it. Nonetheless, the crowd laughed their asses off. I was a young kid then, so that definitely left a mark on me. I've always had the desire to make the people around me laugh since then, even if it was at my own expense.

I know a lot of random facts which, although seemingly useless at first glance, might come in handy along the way. I seem to have an amazing memory when it comes to random facts, and the need to blurt them out. I also know a little bit of guitar, which I'd be glad to share (and I'd also really like to learn!)
