ABOUT ME

I like bikes, rock climbing, old things, and the whirly go round of magic wonders. The world has so much to offer, different ways of life, culture, and personal views of the world we inhabit is utterly amazing to me. I want to see as much of it as I can. I love to meet new people and see life in different ways and through different perspectives. There is so much beauty to be found!

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Surfed my way from Ireland down to Istanbul and took as much in as I could...I love the new experiences and variety of people...now back on the road and loving it!

Hosted a ton in Seoul and spent another 14 months surfing our way back to the US from Korea. Wonderful experience and owe so much of it to CS.

Now back in the US and hosting again.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Stayed, laughed, drank, ate, plane, train, and automobiled.

Music (bluegrass, old-timey, folk, classic rock, hippie rock and jam, ragtime, jazz, blues, nitty gritty, and everything in between), VWs (old ones...busses and beetles), Coffee (Beans from Kenya make my heart sing), Travel, Culture, Trees and Gardening! I just put in a massive garden and am stoked to see it grow

I'm really into eastern philosophy texts. I'll read anything that is anthropology related. Native American literature is fantastic. I really like history books too...

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

I spent 3 months traveling around the US in a VW bus going to music festivals and camping in the national forests around the US. Amazing trip. I grabbed a backpack and a partner and set out across the ocean. 5 months later and an amazing trip I got married!

We also spent 14 months going from Seoul back to the US and had the most amazing time
