ABOUT ME

Hey there! Apologies for not having a very long profile here at CS - I've been more active at hospitalityclub.org, so you can check out my profile there (same username) and see the comments if you're interested. Or let's just meet.

A few words about me - I'm a physicist, and work in climate research, believing somehow that that's a way in which I can contribute to something meaningful. And it's also something I really like. Naturally, I'm interested in environmental, but also social topics, and when I travel I like it when I learn something about how these things are going in that country. But I also just love to see and to be in nature, discover all the diverse landscapes of the world... it never ends.

I've been hosting, and hosted by, many wonderful people over the years, mainly on hospitalityclub but also CS.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've been using hospitalityclub.org so far, and have had great experiences both hosting and visiting people from all kinds of places. HC, CS, whatever you call it, it's a marvelous idea.

Dancing (swing/jazz/lindy hop)! Music (I know how to play badly on a number of instruments, and recently I started singing in a choir and learning the trombone), cycling, travelling, everything in and about nature...
