ABOUT ME

I'm currently living in Barcelona and teaching English. I have a self proclaimed "severe traveling addcition." I love meeting new people and hanging out so I figured Couchsurfing is the best way to do this. I couchsurfed in Barcelona and Paris and I LOVED the people I met there so I'm hoping to have the same experiences everywhere I go :)

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

We host a lot of people at our flat in Barcelona. We have a spacious living room so we can host 1 or two people. I like to make dinner for our guest and sometimes the guests make dinner for me :) it's a really great way to meet people from around the world without having to get off my couch.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I surfed in Barcelona in 2010 and two of the flatmates became some of my best friends. In fact, they are a big part of the reason I moved to Barcelona and I'm living with one of them now. It's crazy that you never know what can happen... sometimes you just really click with other people and find endless things to talk about even though you have little in common :)

I don't really have a favorite movie but I like Love Actually, The Sound of Music and the Hangover. I can watch them over and over.

My favorite book is the Kite Runner, if you haven't read it, you should.

I listen to a lot of different types of music. I love jazz, blues, electronic and rock but My Itunes shuffle also has French raps song, Spanish love songs and Italian opera and I even though I have no idea what they're saying, I listen to it anyways. I also shamelessly listen to a lot of pop music because I'm a sucker for a catchy beat, so even if the song is bad, if the beat is catchy, I'm a fan.
