Hi Everyone, I've just joined CouchSurfing.com and have not yet become verified because I just want to feel the site out for a little bit first. Travel is life. It is my biggest passion in life and I have already been to over 20 countries. I am a lover of literature and am a major bookworm. I am also an aspiring author and have completed 2 fiction works and am busy working on my third novel. I don't smoke, drink occasionally (love my wine..) and adore all animals. I'm a full on adventure seeker and live life to the fullest. I'd rather be outdoors than indoors on any given day. I love to cook and with both my father and brother being chefs I practically grew up in the kitchen so if you host me I'll definitely prepare a big thank you dinner for you!

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I have some big travel plans coming into fruition at the moment and am trying to find ways to travel cheaply around the world - accommodation is very pricey, particularly for me earning South African rands... so finding welcoming new people to let me crash on their sofa would be really appreciated and beneficial to my travel budget! I also feel that this is a fantastic way to meet new people and friends around the world instead of rocking up in a country knowing no one. I would offer to host guests at my little flat in the near future, once I have the necessary couch available ;)
