I'm a textile artist and hairstylist. I was raised in California and have been in San Francisco the past 12 years. My travels have been limited to road trips and occasional flights to the East Coast for work. I'm a Queer textile artist and have been following a traveling art exhibition.

Visiting art museums, galleries, and local art shows. Occasional punk music moshing, but I'm kind of a grandma and can barely stay up past midnight. I've been practicing Ballet for a few years and taking a workshop to learn Beyonce's choreography for Formation.

My favorite past time is finding the best vegan restaurants and the best hamburger, as well artisanal bakeries. Always on the search for thrift stores and hidden treasures.

Music: currently obsessed with Santigold and Rihanna's new album, but also obsess over oldies funk like Earth Wind and Fire, punk beats by Six Teens and Sick Lipstick, some Portishead for the soul, a little No Doubt to reminisce, Minnie Riperton for romanic jams, M.I.A. for a little hip action, some queer beats by The Knife, The Stylistics, Talking Heads, Aaliyah, Erykah Badu, Brian Eno, Fiona Apple, Crystal Castles, Kate Bush.

Movies: X-men, Malcom X, Harry Potter, Resident Evil, Steel Magnolias, anything Pedro Almodovar, Total Recall (with Arnold of course), anything Rita Hayworth, Charade, The Hunger, Planet of the Apes (with Heston), She Devil, Rope, Pink Narcissus, The Raspberry Reich, Ghost World, Romy and Michelle's High school Reunion, Trainwreck.
