My name is Jaimey and I am South African. I moved to the United States in January 2016 as an Au Pair and I am trying to travel and see as many states as I can while I am here. I love people and can socialize with just about anybody, I enjoy laughing and I constantly have a smile on my face (unless I am tired), I am interested in other people and love to listen to their opinions and views, I also consider myself interesting and I love sharing my culture and my stories with others. I am a conversation initiator and there aren't many dull moments with me around and I am extremely open minded. I also consider myself pretty intelligent and worldly so if you enjoy philosophical conversations about life, I'm pretty good at talking about that too.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I am on here to find accommodation for a few nights while I am traveling around the country and to meet new people and make connections around the world.
Music, Movies, and Books
My taste varies according to my mood, but I enjoy basically any music. I enjoy science fiction books (I am number 4, The fifth wave, twilight etc) and romance novels (Nicholas Sparks) And Movies, just give me a television and I'll watch anything.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
I have held lion cubs in South Africa and I have surfed with wild dolphins. I worked at a veterinary clinic for a year so I've helped preform operations on animals. I have three tattoos. I got number one done in South Africa, number two was done in New York and number three was done in Miami (I drew them all myself)
What I Can Share With Hosts
I can share everything, I am an open book and I will tell the host anything they would like to know about me.
My Interests
I enjoy cooking, reading, sports(of all kinds), art (I am an artist and if you have a permanent marker and a picture I could draw literally anything anywhere and I also sculpt), movies, series(especially GOT), animals and many, many more...
