I love travelling with my family so this is a family CS account. :) We are a Slovene-Serbian family and my husband and I think that widening our daughters’ horizons is the most we can give them - so we travel when we can. They are almost 16 and 11 and a half and we started travelling when I was pregnant with the youngest. As a family, we’ve been to 20+ different countries, mainly in Europe.

Hopefully we can travel even more by meeting people on couchsurfing and we will try to mostly host and be hosted by families with children if possible for all of us to enjoy!

I practise yoga and meditation, my husband does pranic healing and I am into NLP and coaching. Our older daughter studies astrology and crystal therapy and our younger daughter loves playing, also with CS-ers - so be ready! :)

We like watching cartoons and films. :)

We walked El Camino from Porto to Santiago (260+ kms) in July as a family! Amazing!

We can offer a place to stay and spend some time with our guests.

We can talk about Slovenian and Serbian culture and way of life.

IMPORTANT:

1. Keep in mind, we don’t live in Ljubljana, the capital, but in a small village 20km out of Ljubljana). There are a few buses but the nearest bus stop is a 20-min walk away from our house. If you travel by car, it’s not a problem!

2. We expect you not to come ‘home’ too late and bare in mind we work during the week and leave the house at around 7 am, so you’ll have to wake up early enough to leave the house with us ...

3. Please make your bed (we will provide the linen) and take the linen off when you leave so I can wash it.

4. Please bring your own food, you can also use our kitchen, not a problem! If we have the time, we can cook and eat together.
