ABOUT ME

I grew up in a small town in Minnesota. Growing up in a small community has left me with a huge appreciation for everything I experience! I can be a shy person with some more introverted tendencies but I am also very outgoing and can match whatever energy of the people I'm with. I like challenges, learning and listening to others and their stories. Humor is a HUGE part of my life, so I hope that you like to laugh!

PHILOSOPHY

I really like to challenge myself. Find out who I am by finding the limits of my physical, mental and emotional behavior.

Also, after 5 years of working with the severely mentally ill and at risk populations, I exhausted. I am traveling to recharge my batteries and also look for some new direction in life.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

With just starting to utilize couch surfing, I hope to meet a lot of awesome people as I am surfing their couches. When I return and am settled again, I hope to payback the community by hosting.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am friends that are avid couch surfers and have hung out with them and their surfers before, but no direct experience myself.

Interests

I love skateboarding! I'm not that great but its important to me. I also love mountaineering sports like backpacking, hiking, climbing and ski touring. I'm into random sports like tennis, ping pong, soccer, baseball and others. I also love going to sports events! I'm not a huge foodie, but always appreciate great food and some good whiskey/bourbon or micro-brews.
