ABOUT ME

I'm a Sagittarian male, raised in the woods and cities of Minnesota and Wisconsin. The human body is magical to me. I love learning how it works, and helping others make theirs work better so we can all run and jump and dance together a little more often.
I love studying plant and animal science, but I also love drawings, photos, and printmaking. My brain craves a nice balance between the two.

PHILOSOPHY

Don't just sit and watch the world go by. Think about what you love and manifest it, constantly. You're the only one who has control of your thoughts, your actions, your life- so you've got to take charge of all of it!

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

Whenever I am traveling to a city for a few days, I look up CSers to stay with. It is the best way to make new friends and meet amazing, inspiring people! I love to host people coming through Denver as well, even if just for a short time.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I am convinced that through the couchsurfing network, I will continue to meet the most open-minded, adventurous, creative, and interesting people possible. All of my experiences have shown me that open, loving human beings are not that hard to come by after all. I love this network.

Right now I'm listening to Beach Fossils, Cotton Jones, Of Monsters and Men, Vetiver, Jason Mraz, Sia, Keane, Phoenix, Passion Pit, Michael Franti and Spearhead, Gregory Alan Isakov, Amadou et Mariam, Bebel Gilberto, and Global Soul from Putumayo. I'm currently reading Space, Time and Medicine by Larry Dossey, MD. I enjoy ecstatic dance parties, vampire flics, and Christopher Guest & Wes Anderson movies.

Teach, Learn, Share

I love working with the body to affect the mind. I love working with the mind to affect the body. I have taken and continue to participate in transformative education like Landmark Education, The Demartini Institute, lots of yoga, and learning never ends for me. Inquisitive conversations about things that matter to people are what inspires me the most!
