ABOUT ME

I'm Jarrett. I live in Winnipeg, I work in Winnipeg, and with luck I won't die in Winnipeg, but on a mountain somewhere in Scotland dressed in a kilt and clutching a simple note that says "TELL MY STORY."

I'm done school. Finally. I work at a design/branding/advertising agency writing things and being around great people all day. I never thought I'd work somewhere I didn't dread walking into, but I've been proved wrong.

When I'm not working, I do a lot of reading, and never enough writing; I think it's because my computer gets really hot and burns my wrists, which really hurts. Also, it's probably because I procrastinate.

I have a scooter. I drive it everywhere because it saves me gas and the wind in my face feels great.

I'm not sure what I'm going to do in the future, but the one thing I believe in is constantly moving forward in life. And if I can't move forward, I at least want to create the illusion of momentum.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

A few months ago I saw a little boy give his younger sister a high five. That doesn't seem like a big deal, but it was so genuine that it made me happy.
