Hi! I'm a 22-year old Chinese male who recently graduated from the University of Texas at Austin as a PGE major. I wanted to take the time to explore the world before I had to settle down, and I didn't see any better way to do it than exploring the world together with the local people. I enjoy doing most activities (except skydiving) with people, including eating, playing games, or talking about our lives.

Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I want to be able to travel the world and meet cool people at the same time. I think the best parts of visiting a new county or new place is not just the tourist attractions that everyone goes to. Rather, it is the spirit that comes with every new place that I see -- from the people that I meet to the food that I eat. I hope to use Couchsurfing to not only be economical with my dream to travel the world, but also to meet locals and find the hidden gems.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: My tastes in music range widely: I used to be a Top-40 kid until it got too repetitive for me. Then, I entered the world of country for a short period of time. After I got bored of that, I moved into hip hop and rap. To mediate my friends' displeasure with the sudden change, I listened to indie music and grew to enjoy it as well. I would say the only music I dislike is metal. Movies: I am a sucker for superhero movies. I absolutely love the Avengers, the Guardians of the Galaxy, Deadpool, The Dark Knight (and Rises), Captain America, etc. I also really like movies with fascinating twists or plots (Inception). I hate horror movies, so please don't ever approach me with one.
My Interests
I love to eat great food. It's true. I love food. If I could find all the delicious places to eat at with each country that I visit, I could not be happier. Although food is a top priority for me, I still enjoy playing sports, playing board games with friends, and traveling the world. I'm planning to visit 4 different countries this summer and I hope to visit many more in the future.
