I'm a seeker of spirit, of justice, and of spark. I am currently traveling as a way to slow myself down, tune in to my intuition, connect with surprising moments, shake off some old tension I carry, and learn how other folks live community. When I show up in a town, I seek out the anti-racist organizing, the meditation circles, the trees, and the outdoor music. For several years I led circles for teens using theater and writing as tools to practice self-love and emotional healing. I decided to take a break, though, as I found myself going through the motions without inspiration too often. So I left Minnesota this winter, and am journeying til the funds run out, seeking encounters that wake me up once more. I can't wait to meet you!

I dressed as a clown-chef and invited 10 elderly neighbors on my mom's block to come outside, laugh, play and write each other love letters. It was a blast.
