Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I'm just starting out couch surfing. I've already couch surfed 4 times and I'm liking it a lot.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

My most recent CS experience was in March 2009 with three friends. We took a road trip through Texas and Louisiana. Along our trip we stayed with four different couch surfers. Each place was a unique experience and I enjoyed meeting new friends on the journey. Getting to hear their stories and share a bit of my own story was the highlight of the trip.

Interests

I love music, especially anything piano. I love anything Chinese. I love travel. I love cycling. I love coffee. I love trains and riding public transit.

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

I volunteered at the 2008 summer Olympics. I contributed as a translator in Qingdao (just a couple of hours outside of Beijing) for the regatta sailing events. It was probably one of the most exciting things that I've done in my lifetime.
