My name is Jennifer Khan and I was born and raised in Stockholm, Sweden. I have a diverse background with a dad from Bangladesh and a mom from Sweden. Through my parents I have always had a desire to travel and learn more about the world. Since graduating high school in Sweden I have spent the majority of my time living abroad. I have participated in several international youth exchange programs, the most recent one being my European Voluntary Service (EVS) through the European Union which I completed in Las Palmas, Spain. During my EVS I was able to practice my Spanish language skills and participate in workshops with other volunteers from all over Europe. I recently graduated with a Bachelor of Arts in International Relations from San Francisco State University. Right now I am living in Coronel Oviedo, Paraguay and doing an internship with an NGO focused on family farming and fair trade.
