Music: it has to have a beat! African music, Jazz, Soul & R+B. Movies: Just finished watching Amazing Africa and Amazing India on Netflicks. Books: Currently reading Awakening the buddhist heart by Lama Surya Das.

Teach: health advise, lessons I have learned in Africa and meditation techniques. Learn: to be fluent in French as well as Russian, Spanish and Swahili. Share: an open mind and heart, knowledge of Vancouver and my amazing living space.
