What mostly consumes my life is yoga. All aspects of yoga, not just the asana practices.

I enjoy live music. Love swimming and other water activities. And most of all, I love connecting with people.

I enjoy most types of music. My favourites are classic rock such as The Doors and the Beatles. I also love electronic down tempo beats such as Goopsteppa and AtYya.

My favourite movies are hard to narrow down. Anything that makes me laugh is always a favourite. But I would have to say Wallace and Gromit films are ones that I would watch over and over again. I appreciate the creativity and art in claymation.

I enjoy books on spiritual and personal growth, however I take what I need from them when I need it. Books that I will sit down and read for hours until they are finished are fiction.

I took a leap of faith, leaving the life I'd known behind to try something totally new! As a result I have found happiness, adventure and met amazing people!
