I love to travel! Through travel, I learn so much about others and myself and find new ways to understand and connect to the world. I love seeing new places, meeting new people and sharing life experiences through couch surfing.

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I have had almost equal experience hosting and being hosted in Couch Surfing. I use couch surfing to discover and learn more about many areas I travel to. Couch Surfing is the most amazing organization!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I love hosting people from other cities/countries or staying with those in other cities, states and countries. I love learning about new cultures, lifestyles, ideas and having a good time with an eclectic mix of personalities.

Interessen

My hobbies include art, exploring the outdoors, mentoring at-risk youth, organic gardening, cooking and rollerblading. I also love Yoga, reading, traveling, hiking, running, nature, tennis and most everything adventurous and having fun.

Musik, Filme und Bücher

I enjoy reading books that accompany my season in life. Currently, I read a lot of art and business books. I love biographies, non-fiction and anything to stimulate the mind and spirit.

I have a wide range of interest in music. As long as it doesn't sound too loud and heavy metalish, I am totally into it.

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

I have skydived, seen northern lights in Canada many times and many other curiosities of nature. For a year, I volunteered on organic farms across the USA. I learned how to raise and grow my own food, make my own clothes and shelter, from resources off the land. Remarkable experience!

My most honored experiences in life have been volunteer work. Especially being a mentor to over 50 at-risk youth over the years.

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can teach you how to felt clothes out of wool and silk without any sewing! It's the best art medium ever!
