About Me
CURRENT MISSION
To meet all of the amazing CouchSurfers
ABOUT ME
Currently working as a manager in accounting/finance for a large international company and loving it! I work with lots of very smart people who I am stealing lots of amazing knowledge from.
I'm very much succeeding at having lots of fun in life!! I love to be sarcastic, joke around and tease. I love people who reciprocate as it's fun!
I'm very much into working out, eating healthy and knowing the science behind what I consume and how it affects the body. Sometimes I might have a little too much beer but I guess that's good for my soul ;-)
PHILOSOPHY
The world is a mirror image of yourself, whatever you give it you will receive back from it. I enjoy living by this philosophy and always strive to be ethically correct.
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING
I volunteered for CS from 2004 - 2008 working toward making the organization and experience better for all.
Now I just do the fun part and setup events, go to events and I have also hosted hundreds of people. It's been amazing meeting all of these people who have made my life better :-)
COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE
I have had so many great experiences hosting. It's a good feeling when you have that amazing connection and you feel as friends. I have CSed in Washington DC, Asheville NC, London, Amsterdam, NYC, Montreal, Quebec City and more. There are so many possible great adventures here on CS and not enough time. I can't wait to get out there again and again to meet more amazing CS'ers!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done
The most amazing time in my life is the time I spent from Jan to April of 2001 in the Costa Tropical region of Spain. I had so much fun meeting new friends every day as people from all over the world vacationed there. The locals were amazing too. The town is called Almunecar but the Phoenician's called it Sexi when it was their colony. Some locals still call their selves Sexitanos. There is also a lot of Roman history here with 5 Aqueducts (4 of which are still in use). There is also a castle that has been passed between many different conquering cultures and some excavations. It has been continually inhabited since 800BC. I lived right on the beach in the town, traveled a lot in Andalusia and of course loved it! It's one of the only places in the world where you can see exotic fruit tress so close to snow (due to the warm African air at the coast and the high elevation mountains that are so close to the coast. I could go on and on about all of the great adventures, making so many friends and partying like a rock star!
Teach, Learn, Share
I like to teach new CS'ers about all that I know and have learned about CS. It's an amazing feeling when you inspire someone to get out there and make new friends while having fun traveling! It's all about making great friends!!
