I have many passions in life. Music, food, people, photography, languages, culture. I believe we all have a story worth telling and it is my dream to travel the world meeting people from all walks of life and sharing my life in the hope that these people will also share a piece of their life with me. I thrive being around others and engaging in energetic and passionate debates and conversations, sharing ideas, laughing and being spontaneous. I am playful and approach people with an open heart and mind

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

I love nothing more than being involved and hands on with everything around me. I am by no means a passive observer, I love equally to teach and be taught and to constantly challenge myself by actively removing myself from my comfort zone

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

The majority of couch surfing I have done has been amongst friends and friends of friends. However, I have been privy to the generosity of spirit that these people show and their ability to make me feel right at home and relaxed in their home environment. Conversely, I have lived in a share house that was very open to couch surfers and there was a time where we had three people living in their cars, two in our driveway and one in our street, so I understand the generosity of both sides of the coin.

我做过的一件不可思议的事情

Sean and I Spent 8 months working in a truck stop in a rural town in South Australia. A town which consisted of 45 people and one pub, two service stations, a post office, a school with two students and a police station!

We removed ourselves from everything that we knew and everyone that we loved and lived a life with very limited internet, no decent coffee, no cafes or music venues and most challenging of all, no like minded people that we felt connected to. However, as challenging as that was, we still found beauty in the simple things life in isolation had to offer. Baking bread. Playing chess. Reading books. Taking photos. Going for walks. Getting to know and eventually befriend people who we would never have come across, had we not lived and worked where we did.
