ABOUT ME

I'm an irrationally optimistic person, a dreamer, forever-a-child, forever-a-student. I never feel bored and I'm interested in almost everything (that's why I spend so much time on coursera.org, a website with free online courses from great universities of the world).

I love psychedelic art, especially psychedelic music, but my attitude to narcotics (alcohol and tobacco fall into this category too) is negative. Work of art is a trip by itself.

I'm interested in psychology, especially in social psychology. I think that this interest helps me to understand people better and be more compassionate.

I'm married to an amazing man, we live a modest, but happy life, and we travel together.

PHILOSOPHY

I'm not a religious person, but I believe in some kind of Higher Powers, and rebirth, and all this kind of thing, that makes you think, that you're more than just flesh and bone :) Still I live my life as if everything depends on me, I take a full responsibility for my actions and words, for my happiness and sorrow, and I never pray for anything.

My big goal in life is to create a great work of art someday :) A novel, a poem, a song, it doesn't matter. I just want it to be good enough to make people laugh and cry, and think, and become better.

I'm a huge book fan, it's mostly fantasy and science fiction. Some of my favorite authors: Lem, Azimov, Strugatsky, Le Guin.
