CURRENT MISSION

Just finished studying international relations in France, before heading back to the states, I'm traveling around Europe and North Africa. Working in a book right now, combining geopolitics and personal travel experience.

ABOUT ME

I'm Jibri, I'm a witty, sarcastic, competitive human being. I live in New York City, and I bicycle everywhere I go. I run in the park, I race down the west side bike path, party on the lower east side, and swim in Chelsea. I just quit my job to study the book of the world. From running in Central Park, to running with the bulls, I just want to do it all.

PHILOSOPHY

Life is too short to not do what you want. Quit your job, kiss your crush, tell your friends how you feel about them, but mostly be who you want to be. Live the life you want, not you think you should.

In exchange for a shelter I happily give tales of stories, journeys, and mishaps of my travels, foreign and domestic.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

I've surfed a couch once in Australia, it was an excellent experience. Very nice host, very clean place, absolutely wonderful time. I hope to return the favor and pay it forward when I get back to the US.

兴趣

Anything active. I do a lot of acting and improv at home here in NYC. I love to bicycle, surf, run, swim, spar (jujitsu), write, and engage in a good conversation over a drink. I'm currently doing a bit of cycle touring throughout Australia and Japan. Red wine and travels are friends, friends are family, and family is everything.
