ABOUT ME

Nice to meet you, this is Jiyeong who lives in South Korea and 21 years old. I major in educaton in Education and English education, so I can speak English quite well which enables me to be good friends with others. Now I am studying in Tuebingen, Germany as an exchange student. I love meeting new people, experiencing diverse cultures, and getting know the world!

PHILOSOPHY

Now or Never! so that everybody can enjoy his or her own life as realistic as possible! There is a saying that You Only Live Once So Enjoy Every Moment! Life is full of pleasure and all we have to do is just to enjoy it!

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

HOW I PARTICIPATE IN COUCHSURFING

As a young girl, I am really curious about the world, especially the people who live there. I figured out how I can be a international and openminded person, and found out that what if I travel all around the world and meet new people and chat, share our stories! I bet it must be amazingly exciting! Both for enjoying these kinds of things and saving money! Most of all, Couch surfers are soo attractive in that they are already a little bit open minded and want to be a worlwide friend like me!

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

Not yet. There is no chance to participate in CS. As highschool student, I was not able to be a host or surfer. But I think it is really attractive system to people who are interested in making friends all around the world!

Interests

I love walking along the street. I usually run at night if there is a park for me to run. I love meeting new people and getting to know the people, especially their language and cultures. I feel soo curious about the world itself!!

I am quite interested in Engish literature. I love watching movies. these days, I am really into movies whose backgrounds are European sites, such as "Once".

I let my foreign friends sightsee the attractive city Seoul! They complimented me as a good tour guide and Seoul advertiser :)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can share my story in Korea and student life in Germany. I just started Exchange student program in Germany. As an Asian girl, I can feel various things while living in European country. I have been grown up in the very city, Seoul, which is the hub of Asia. I can share my Seoul life, and can cook something delicous!
