I am currently a Sous chef but have held many jobs including stem cell research and microbiology professor. I enjoy meeting new people and am looking forward to traveling more going forward.

Cooking is one of my true passions. I also homebrew beer, mead, kombucha so fermentation is another love. I also keep in shape by running, cycling, and will try just about any hike.
