I believe that travelling is just as much about the people you meet and the experiences you have as it is the places you see. Some of my best memories whilst overseas have been when I've been lucky enough to stay with locals and experience things that I might have missed on my own as a 'tourist'.

I was lucky to grow up around backpackers and travellers- mostly those who did seasonal work on my family's farm when I was a kid. Learning about all the different cultures and experiences definitely fuelled my desire for travel.

I'm a tidy, respectful and fun person. I'm easy going and able to adapt to other people's way of doing things. I am happy to either find my own things to do or spend time with a host- whatever they prefer!

I like to think that what I bring for hosts is my Aussie humour and happy nature! I enjoy sharing cooking and learning about each other's culture through food.
