ABOUT ME

"No man is an island" John Donne. I'm always ready to listen and be active socially. I enjoy savoring life, taking things slow, having time to smell the roses. The south is awesome for this, the weather here forces you to be more leisurely, it panders to my personality. When I combine my slow southern style to the social endeavor's of CSing, it brings a perfect balance to my life.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

They have all been amazing. The friendships and knowledge I've gained from every experience is priceless.

I have met some of my best friends through the local CSing community in Mobile. I see Sergio, Meagan, Jennifer, Dan/Amy, Nick, Melani, and Nathan/Merrill on a regualar basis. Leo, another great friend who left Mobile for res. in Chapel Hill was the Ambassador here, and will be truly missed! Josh another great friend since the beginning of my csering experence left for work in Korea. He will be missed beyond words!

Being creative, traveling, living and surviving in the wilderness, Reading, socializing with the world around me, cooking, and hosting! I'm also very active in raw food diet with all natural supplements for balanced and sustainable health!

With today's technology movies are one of the best forms of entertainment. The big screen doesn't grow out of style. I think Music rivals everything when it comes to making life complete. I appreciate classical music, classic rock, and all new talent. Last but definitely not least, I enjoy reading. When I find the time reading is one of my true passions.

As an insurance adjuster I've seen the destruction large scale disasters have on communities, and had the opportunity to help people rebuild their lives. I have worked Hurricane Andrew 92, Northridge earthquake 94, Hurricane Katrina 2005, Hurricane Irene 2011, and Hurricane Sandy 2012.

I'm co owner of Robert's Construction Inc. making me a 3rd generation carpenter. I can teach historical restoration, remodeling, renovating and other architectural designs for homes. I can teach valuable culinary skills and amazing dishes that i've learned from the incredible chef, Michael Ivy.
