I live in a 700sf studio close to downtown Paonia. I don't have a couch, or extra bedding, but I have a shower, a micro kitchen, some floor space, and a massive private front yard. No pets (unless they're lazy and mute), no kids and no couch potatoes (there's a big difference between a couch surfer, and a couch potato).
If our travel plans intersect, I vote for an adventure.
I'm pretty stoked on life. I'm an ambitious, grounded, well-rounded and receptive open book.
I hate to be that guy, but this site has gone downhill with toxic mooching and awkward entitlement issues - capitalize all the letters in my name (eg, JON) in your request so I know you're not an automaton. Yup, I require captcha.

Music, Movies, and Books
Not in any order, and not up to date: the gories, kidcrash, native, thee oh sees, ty segall, russian circles, tera melos, ol' dirty bastard, harlem, gorillaz, modest mouse, black lips, tool, natural child, fuzz, stooges, ed sharpe, pre-marley reggae, s. carey, coogans bluff, coachwhips, btbam, charlie and the moonhearts, phil spector, damaged bug, beyond eternity, pinback, jay reatard, black keys, the sound of animals fighting, JEFF, the Mars Volta, born of Osiris, hippie jam bands make me puke.
Cult classics, sci-fi, horror, thriller, action, adventure, cinematographic, and art movies usually sit well with me.
I consume a lot of podcasts and audiobooks. Most of what I read and hear is geologic, money, business, blah blah blah, economics, carpentry and diy, self-help, religious and philosophical, poetic and lyrical, manifestos, biographical, fucked up comedy, and of course non-fiction classics, sci-fi, horror, thriller, westerns, modern, and dinosaur/alien erotica - but I will not read an instruction manual.
