I am general surgeon now retired of Instituto Mexicano del Seguro Social. I am state employed and i was Chief of Conciliation office at Comisión Estatal de Conciliación y Arbitraje Médico de Nayarit, now, state subcomissioned of this office where we fix discrepances among doctors and patients. Beside this, i work my prived office and practice general surgery in several hospitals.
