Overview
About Me
Hello hosts and fellow travelers!
My name is Josefina, I’m 40 years old and I’m from Buenos Aires, Argentina.
Since 2017, I’ve been living a nomadic lifestyle, working online for a media company from Argentina and traveling mainly around India and Latin America. In 2024, I shifted to the hospitality industry — and I’m absolutely loving it!
In November I’ll finish my work contract in Croatia and start a new adventure around the Balkans, India (December and January), and one of my long-time dreams: Iran (February). I’m -extremely excited- to visit and would LOVE to meet some locals along the way! My itinerary includes Tehran, Kashan, Isfahan, Yazd, Kerman, and Shiraz. If you’d like to meet for a coffee or a walk around your city, please send me a message :)
I’d describe myself as a positive, loving, and spiritual person. I’m social and outgoing, but I especially enjoy one-on-one, deep, and honest conversations where I can truly connect and learn from others.
I lead a healthy lifestyle (vegetarian, no alcohol, no drugs) and I’m passionate about activities that nourish the soul and support personal growth — such as meditation, Tibetan Buddhism, photography, journaling, volunteering experiences and social work. I’ve been helping in orphanages and homeless shelters for over 15 years. I’m also a nature lover, and wherever I go, I always choose to live in small, simple, and community-oriented towns.
While traveling, I love trying street food, visiting local markets, and going to art-related events (especially underground cinemas!). I enjoy connecting with local people because I believe that’s the best way to truly understand a country.
I’m looking forward to having more Couchsurfing experiences in my next destinations!
If my profile resonates with you and you’d like to host me or hang out, feel free to send me a message.
Blessings to all! 🌿
