ABOUT ME

Raised by a pack of hippies and midwives, JjJJjjjJ Silver has been a go-go dancer, a Taco City bus-boy, The Krazy Ice Kream Man, and a Yoga instructor. Now he designs for Scratch, Skin-to-Nature interaction, and Urban Exploration as a seeker in the LifeLong Kindergarten at the MIT Media Lab. Jay and Jodi run JoyLabs, a place to experiment with rituals, techniques, and tools for experiencing long-term joy.

PHILOSOPHY

Be the change & change the be. Smell the flowers, and then turn them into robot-flowers, then dismantle them and reuse the parts in a good community soup. Truth is one, paths are many; so many that there could be one for each person -- so I try to discover my path while taking a look at paths others have taken.

I think just the usual: I'd like to connect to people in my hometown and far away, giving what I have to share.

COUCHSURFING EXPERIENCE

In the past I've ran into all kinds of people and stayed with them. I just know when it's going to make sense, the magic is there and they shoot laser beams of beauty from the middle of their eyeballs. Now I have started to use the website and it hasn't ever let me down.

Interests
