Overview
About Me
I used to work as a lawyer but one day, moved by the stories of the people I met mostly through Couchsurfing, decided to quit and travel for a while. After spending six months in Europe and three in Argentina and Chile, I cameback to Spain with the idea of becoming a writer. That became my main goal :)
Before my trip, María (my partner) and I used to host people in Salamanca, but had to stop because of my trip. It was an amazing experience, and I am looking forward to receiving people again.
As a traveller, I love to listen to the stories of my hosts and discover the local way of living. I also love hiking in the surroundings and wandering through the cities I don´t know.
Although I feel like my interests change and increase from time to time, I am a curious person who enjoys listening to every topic. So, if you think we don´t have anything in common, I think we will have a nice conversation :)
Why I’m on Couchsurfing
After travelling for a while, I realised that the main reason why I travel is the people I meet along the way. And thanks to Couchsurfing I met people who changed my perspectives of life :)
I really enjoy the idea of being part of someone´s normal day at his or her place, discovering the culture and way of living at the places I visit.
Interests
Writing, reading, travelling, hiking, history, cooking, sports, etc. I also like the feeling of discovering new interests.
- writing
- books
- cooking
- hiking
- history
- food
- indoor football
Music, Movies, and Books
I like different types of music, depending on my stage of life and mood, but I like discovering new songs I have never listened to.
Regarding movies, I used to watch a lot of them before, but now just from time to time. Even though, I love historical films and those which make me think.
I love reading and feel sad when I am aware that I don´t have enough time to read everything I would like to. At this moment, I am more into novels and travel literature, but tomorrow I could be reading psicology books.
