Hello there!

Awesome that you found my page!
I’m Julia, a student and 27 years old.
I live in a small apartment in Vienna in an area that is very well connected by public transport.
In regards to Couchsurfing, I am generally open for everyone, but my main goal is especially to be a safe place for other young women who are travelling, as I myself know that it is not always easy as a young woman to find a host that you feel comfortable with.
However, please note that I get several requests almost daily, I am very happy about that - however, it might take some time for me to respond & sometimes I won’t be able to react to all the messages I get. Thanks for your understanding!

Anyways… - I currently study in Vienna, which means I am quite familiar with the city and all the pretty awesome things it has to give. Feel free to hit me up for any recommendations in Vienna or any place in Austria, I would love to give advice or hang out! But please be so kind as to read the "My home" section before requesting a stay!

In general - I grew up in a Mexican-Austrian house speaking both German and Spanish and pretty much living both cultures. I have an absolute fascination for languages and love learning more or of them. Besides having a thing for languages, I love the thing that languages were created for - meeting people and learning about their lives. I am open to hear about all the experiences, life advices, stories and dreams people have to share. I am very interested in philosophy, history, politics, music, sports, nature, and well, I absolutely love travelling.

Anyways, this has been quite a long introduction already.
I’m looking forward to all the great things that are to come!

Pourquoi je suis sur Couchsurfing

Travelling is incredible & enriching. I personally believe that meeting locals is still the best way to really experience a place & catch the feeling of a country. That is one reason - However, we all know how hard travelling it might be sometimes. From the question of cost to safety & I want to help people make beautiful experiences - especially young women who are looking for a safe place to stay when travelling.
