Climbed the most RIDICULOUSLY precarious and dangerous mountain in Laos... in thongs! (Flip flops for you Americans). Without telling anyone where I was going. With only 90 minutes until sunset! I know - idiot, right? And yet... remains one of the most special and touching and profound experiences on all of my travels to date...
