About Me

Hi, my name is Julia and I'm a very friendly, reliable and funny person. But above all I am very curious when it comes to visit and learn something about other countries and their cultures and traditions. And I personally think that a local is the best guide and option when it comes to show you the best places of his/her town.
Since 2016 I call Vienna my home. Originally I am from a very small village in Lower Austria: big city vs. village
So I know both sides, but I can't say which one I like the most, because on the one hand I grew up next to cows, fields and mountains and was used to this quite life and very fresh air, but on the other hand a city is far more comfortable, a better place for making new friends and of course your social life gets a boost.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I am a very curious person and I want to learn constantly new countries, culteres, behaviours, manners and of course people.

Further, I love to travel and want to see as much countries as I can. #lifegoal

And Couchsurfing is one of the best options when it comes to achieve this goal. ;)

Interests

I am an open-minded person, so there are hardly things I wouldn't try or I don't like.

I love to do sports especially running. So if you know a good distance I would be pleased to run with you together. Fun fact: I can unicycling

I would describe me as an adrenalin-junky but also as an quiet and calm person. So rollercosters and co are always welcome as well as an relaxed evening at home.

Reading a book always helps me to relax or to calm down after a terrible day.

But to be honest with you, one thing that I can't endure is Heavy Metal music.
