I am 20 years old, and I just graduated high school last summer. Therefore I am now taking a gap year, where I worked with small children in a daycare the first 6 months, which I really loved. There I earned money for the trip that I am doing right now in South America for 3 months with my friend, who actually introduced me to CS. I love and have always loved to travel, so I have been looking forward to this trip for a long time! I am also a member of an international peace organization named CISV (children's international summer village), in which I have attended three summercamps abroad. Beside that I have travelled a lot with my family since I was very little - so I just love to explore the world and all its different cultures :-)

我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

As I wrote, my friend introduced me to CS very recently - so I am just experiencing it for the very first time! I think it is an amazing concept and a great opportunity to learn about different cultures on a whole different level and get more local experiences, that you can't get from staying at a hotel. Also a perfect chance to make contacts and friends all over the world!
