About Me

DEAR SURFERS,

I apologize that I've left CS for 3 month. I've been in busy because of my job, some local volunteers, my sweetie's sickness, and a rear-end traffic accident. Now we're all well and I'm not so busy.
I'm very pleased many CS'ers sent me the requests between March - April,
however we couldn't host you as we've already been hosting an exchange high school student as a volunteer during Mar 20th - in the end of Aug.
If you could't find to stay anywhere, just for having dinner or sleeping in a couch, please send me a message.
Sorry again and see you on September.

PLEASE READ ALL MY PROFILE BEFORE YOU SEND ME A REQUEST TO STAY.
JUST LOOKING TO GET SOME INFORMATIONS FOR HELPING YOUR TRIP, WE ALSO APPRICIATE MUCH! IF YOU DON'T MIND, PLEASE SEND ME A MESSAGE OR ASK ME SOMETHING! BUT PLEASE FORGIVE TO MY LATELY REPLY.
THANK YOU.

It's nice to meet you and thank you for check my profile out.
We've been got lots of great experience with the guests whom stayed in our house, and I love CS system more and more cause I've got lots of knowlege with sharing each culture, thinking, religion, social, ... especially cooking! I'd love to keep going on hosting CS'ers, but I'm going to change the way of host limited between Sat - Mon for a while, because I'm going back to my job since the end of April of 2016.

On duty will be in a daytime of Tuesday, Friday and sometimes Thursday. But they will might be changed by the cliant order. Someone need to stay other dates, please don't histate to ask me if you could suite any time for picking up, going out while on my duty.
But please don't expect for the much hospitallity to us. I'm in very busy weekday's morning and evening even off duty to take of my little children, and unfortunetelly, my boss will give me a call for consulting about my cliants sometimes after back to my job. If you interested in ordinary life of local people, and having simple dinner, playing with kids, we are very welcome you to stay even weekday.

And dear male travelers, we could host you if you could suite the suchedule to my husband's holidays or you could come here with female.

We're appriciate very much if you could understand and corporate in the situation.

Best regards,
Jun

Hi, there! I live in a detached house which is located in a quiet residential areas in the west of Nagoya with my husband and 2 daughters(Age 6 & 2).
There are a station-Jimokuji, a convinience store, a general hospital, a shopping centre(included a deli, a supermarket, a riqur shop, a drug store, a bakery, a cafe, a Takoyaki stand, Udon & Ramen stand, a clothnig store, a 100 yen shop - all of various goods are selled each JPY 100) in a 10 minuites walk from our house.

You could go to the major station 'Nagoya' - 6km distance from our house, which has 3 big department stores, huge underground shopping arcades, 3 railroad station (To access to Kyoto, Osaka, Tokyo and other places) and some bus terminal( City bus and high way bus ) about 20~30 minuites from our house by train.

Aichi prefecture isn't famous place for sightseeing but it has some histrical and cultual places. And if you have a JR Pass, you could have a day trip to Kyoto, Ise, Takayama, Tsumago, etc. Please see below and make a plan.

We have 1 Japanese traditional guestroom 'WASHITSU' -made with woods, paper, rush, reed, sand- with 3 FUTONs -Japanese bed. You'll feel Japanese traditional culture in our house. I hope you love them.

My husband can speak simple English (not sentense almost just a word), at first he is shy, but he is nice guy, honest, kind, and good cooker. My daughters are very sweet and lovely. At first they also might be shy, but they will change to be friendly soon.

If you are interested in Japanese culture and you like children , Please contact us and stay at home!
* But just a female, a couple, a family(within female) only. We accept max 3 travelers.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

We're interested in different culture and I like to travering abroad. But we couldn't do that as my children are too little. And I also would like to brush my communication skill up of English (I'm still beginner level) or other languages. So we'd love to spend with forigners to touch foreign culture in our house.

And we let my daughters to know and touch that there are various people, various cultures, various countries in the world. In our opinion, It's important rather to meet the people than to get some knowledge about the nation.

Recently, my husband and I had a great time with foriner's guests (one of a single, another of a couple) to go to some sightseeing spots, to have a dinner with much talking each other about life style, stories of the trips, countries, cultures, and so on. And my daughters were very familier with them. So we'd like to meet the new peple more and more, and we thought that's much fun to spend with new family.
