About Me

I left Paris to start a Ph.D in Cognitive Science in Berlin, which is a wonderful experience. I love discovering different cultures, meeting new and interesting people from all kinds of backgrounds -- sharing discussions and learning from others is something that inspires me. As I love travelling, meeting up with people from different horizons makes me feel like travelling through the colors of their cultures and countries.

I consider myself a quiet and curious person. I practice art (drawing and painting) during my spare time and I am a big books lover -- I just like getting lost and inspired in a good book . Riding a bike or having a walk in the Berlin outdoors is also very inspiring and fulfilling. Broadly speaking, I am a friendly person, calm and always happy to meet new friendly people.

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

I consider Couchsurfing as a friendly platform that allows people to meet and share their cultures and interests. I use it as a pure human interaction, in which everybody is unique and worth to know and to explore -- That is so far from what our societies promote in terms of consuming people, just as we are encouraged to consume objects.
I've had mainly great experiences on Couchsurfing and I have been lucky to meet unique people.

Art (I paint and draw), philosophy, music, sports, Yoga, discovering different cultures and languages, books, history, neuroscience ... well I have many interests I guess.

Music, Movies, and Books

Too many... mainly rock, indie-rock, pop, some metal, classical music, world music, folk, some electro... I recently discovered Low Roar that I listen endlessly and continuously!!

Last inspirational movie is "testament of youth"!

The last book I've read is "Samarkand" of Amin Maalouf - A mixture of philosophy, poetry, science, physics, history, politics... Just as I like it - This writer makes the reader travel through the time and space, we leave the moment for a while, and we connect to other realities that our eyes and minds overshadow.

Countries I’ve Visited

Algeria, Belgium, Denmark, France, Germany, Italy, Malta, Norway, Portugal, Spain, Sweden, Tunisia
