About Me

Hi! I'm a young university student from the Czech Republic. I speak English and German. My german is not that good though. I love music, yoga, healthy food, nature, art and so much more.

I love adventure. I've spent the last two months in Spain - au pairing, staying in a hostel, camping and hitchhiking. I am currently in France and most probably heading to Portugal)

Why I’m on Couchsurfing

To meet new people. To have someone to show me around. To have company when I travel alone.

Interests

I've done yoga for past 4 months and I'm super in love with it. I never refuse to play volleyball. I run regularly. It's a huge stress relief and opportunity to listen to the greatest hits of Nicki Minaj, haha. Not just her. Hmm. I play piano, am one of the millions of amateur "ukulelist" and I love to sing. I enjoy any kind of cultural event. I quit my economics studies and will start studying psychology in September! I love animals. And I thought I liked children until my current au pair experience, haha. Just kidding.

Music, Movies, and Books

I like indie music as well as mainstream pop... The last book i read was "It was on fire when I lay down on it" by Robert Fulghum. I definitelly recommend this one! It´s full of enthusiasm, very refreshing... update: the last one is Human comedy by Saroyan. Tracy's tiger is better though!

One Amazing Thing I’ve Done

Repairing the washing machine on my own felt pretty amazing :D Dunno, I haven´t saved the world yet :/ It´s small steps that I take. But I take them regularly! Update: hitchhiked from Brno to Budapest, went for a 400km bike trip, volunteered in AIDS prevention, tried au pair)

Teach, Learn, Share

I can teach you the C chord on ukulele! And if you seem talented, I'll show you the Am chord as well.

An apple pie. Czech booze. Good company.
