我为什么加入 Couchsurfing

MINDSET: couchsurfing is an amazing opportunity to share experiences with others and to take a little more from traveling than just pictures. To get off of Google and learn about the place from another perspective.

I love learning about the ways that other people live and learning about their culture. I also just really like getting to know new people and being outside of my comfort zone. I think it’s healthy for your mind.

LANGUAGES: I only recently became a lawyer and I want to work in international law. Perhaps for the UN, a charity or something along those lines.

I’m really sad that I don’t speak any other languages, so I’m desperate to improve my french and hopefully learn another language at some point.

MOVING: I will move to France in the next couple of years so also want to explore the non-touristic side of it and hopefully make some friends :).

SOCIAL ACTION: I am a strong believer in social action and I love volunteering. I was a volunteer at Birmingham Children's Hospital and a Children’s hospice in London. This was one of the most rewarding things that I have ever done. The bravery and tenacity of these children has taught me life lessons and definitely adds a sense of perspective to life.

I love the outdoors and have a real passion for exploring. I do a lot of hiking, cycling, mountaineering, walking, rock climbing, paragliding and skydiving 🪂 .

I love going dancing to all sorts of music and to gigs etc.

I love to chat and go on picnics, for walks, wild swimming.

Also like normals stuff like films and board games (especially Catan!).

I have a small dog called Charlotte Brontë ….she is the BEST 🐕‍🦺.

I love kids I have a brother who’s now 17 🤯 and two Godsons 👶🏽. Apparently I’m trustworthy 😂.
