I'm Karol, originally from Poland but living in Austria for years now. Couchsurfing has been a place where I met great people and made some memorable experiences and I am looking forward to what my next host/guest will bring with themselves!

Music: mainly electronic and pop as I like to dance

Books: I love reportage and popular science, but a good novel is also something I appreciate. Actually, my favourite book of all time is a novel. This book is Unbearable Lightness of Being and I identify myself a lot with the characters and what they are going through.

Films: There are many. We can talk about it, but my taste is pretty wide :)

Eine tolle Erfahrung, die ich gemacht habe

Hitchhiking through Kazakhstan, spending the entire night lining up to visit Tsukiji market just before it was closed down and moved to another part of the city, crossing a Tibetan bridge in Italy, ziplininig across a canyon in Peru, climbing Rainbow Mountain (and almost spitting my lungs out at over 5k m.o.s.l., but you only mention nice stories on the Internet, right? 😉)

Lehren, lernen, teilen

I can share with you my knowledge of cars which are my true passion. If you're interested, then I may teach you some Polish, Italian or German (though I guarantee that you'll not become fluent during my stay...). And finally, I may drop some hints on how to avo... well... optimize your taxes.

Definitely regional sweets from Europe, or at least from Austria. And also my time to talk about everything, as I believe our time is the most valuable thing we can share with someone else.
