I'm actually an American living full-time in Germany and just finished my degree as an Early Childhood Educator. In my free time I'm working as an assistant for a lovely lady (and friend) in a wheelchair and I have two pets, that spice up my life! I'm an easygoing and laidback person and when something bothers me, I'll say so. I enjoy a good conversation outside with a beer as well as going out and exploring my enviroment or finding some good music to dance to. I love the outdoors and also binge-watching horror films. Also I love arguing, but in a fun analytical way, if you're up for it :)

Ich bin Amerikanerin, baute jedoch mein Leben in Deutschland auf. Ich bin ausgebildete Erzieherin und arbeite auch als Assistentin für eine wunderbare Frau (und Freundin von mir) im Rollstuhl. Zu Hause habe ich zwei Haustieren; Hund und Kater, die das Leben interessant machen! Ich bin eine offene und direkte Person, die leicht zu begeistern ist. Ich genieße gute Gespräche bei gutem Bier, jedoch ebenso meine Umgebung zu explorieren und erkunden, egal ob Stadt oder Natur.

I don't only want to have a superficial experience of a country, I want to actually experience it. And of course get to know new people with diverse perspectives and ideas :)

I am quite open-minded, I can find most things interesting, if I'm motivated. I do what I feel like and enjoy experiencing new things, or just appreciating the little things in life. I enjoy most things in nature, but can also have fun diving into the industrial areas of a city. I am interested in everything. Especially if it's presented with passion.

I am a musical chameleon. If I think something sounds good, I listen to it. Regardless of genre, tempo, lyrics, etc. I do not discriminate, no music type is worth more or less than the other. It's subjective taste.

I have tutored in English for years, worked with children and individuals that need assistance in daily life. I can teach you how to dance in public or the difference between effect and affect. I can show you how to bake tasty, moist, and sugary cookies or just share a listening ear. I am up to learning anything, as long as the person teaching is passionate about their subject matter.
