Why I'm on Couchsurfing
I have been hosted by for a couple of times in my life and I can tell that only in that way I can fully understand the way of local people living and learn all the details about the culture of the country where I came to.
Music, Movies, and Books
Music: alternative, rock, pop, electronic, house (Nothing but Thieves, Arctic Monkeys, The Hurts, Depeche Mode, Two Feet, Nicolas Jaar etc.). Movies: The Great Gatsby, The Game (1997), The Shawshank Redemption, Inception, Sherlock (BBC), Peaky Blinders. Books: "1984" by George Orwell, "The Night in Lisbon" & "Three Comrades" by Erich Maria Remarque, "Jane Eyre" by Charlotte Bronte (my favorites) + motivational literature.
One Amazing Thing I've Done
Graduate from the uni and manage to survive 😂 (just kidding) Motivate others through sharing my own experience and empowering them in order to reach the final destination.
Teach, Learn, Share
It's all about: - teaching others about the culture & traditions of my country; - learning the same from them, as well as learning how to keep the balance between the job, hobbies, personal life etc; - sharing with the people I know the stories from my personal experience, so then they can learn from my ups & downs.
What I Can Share With Hosts
A nice conversation, a cup of coffee, a plate of Ukrainian chocolate, a walk around the city. It's up to the host to choose, but in any case it all will always be accompanied with my positivity and sincere smile.
